The Vietnam National Brand Program was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 253/2003/QĐ-TTg dated November 25, 2003, with the Ministry of Industry and Trade being designated as the permanent agency responsible for coordinating with other Ministries and Sectors to implement it.
